You must control your mindsight to conquer fear and see your best self. Learn imagery skills, practice to enhance these skills, and the better you will be able to visualize success!VIDEOS

DRILL
Practice Yoga and do it your best right now. Start with basic Yoga exercises for 5 minutes then work your way up to 15 minutes or more. Eventually try a Yoga class and always keep exploring different types of Yoga.

Friendship: help others and be kindDRILL
Practice Mindful Walking for 5-20 minutes with a partner. Walking mindfully is silent, even when walking with someone else. Friends do not always have to talk; sometimes what is not said is most important. Try to plan regular walks in nature, the longer the better. Also practice mindful walking throughout the day e.g., in the parking lot, walking the dog, checking the mail.VIDEOS

Learn and practice breathwork. Start with a basic technique pattern 4-7-8. Counting involves the honor system and you must be true to yourself before you can be truly honest with others. Overtime, explore and practice other breathwork techniques for longer periods of time.

Practice the exercise in the video below. While doing this movement, connect the mind and body harmoniously. Successful cooperation begins within you. Work to become totally in synch while practicing these movements. Use the breath as a directional guide conducting fluid movements as if swimming in the air.VIDEOS

Practice a guided body scan favorite called Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR). Learning to regulate your “Vegas Nerve” is a major component of self-control. Optimal focus is only possible when stress is managed.VIDEOS

Alertness: look, listen, & learn ~ Pay attentionDRILL
Practice Mindfulness Meditation for a few minutes and learn to silence your mind by making your breathing deeper, quieter, slower, and more regular. Eventually increase your meditation time and explore different types of meditation. Remember Meditation is just another word for focus.VIDEOS

Personal Best: Achieve your personal best by trying your best to be a success.
DRILL
A) Watch the 2 Videos below: Video #1 = 3+ minutes Video #2 = 3+ minutes. 16+ minutes
B) Write down a long-term goal stating what you want to be doing in your life 10 years from now. Start the goal off by writing “I Will…” For example: I will be an Astronaut in 2031
C) Save this goal, read it periodically in your mind or outloud to yourself, and update as needed.
D) BONUS: Watch video #3 = 16+ minutes
